WOCF Presents

LAZARETTO Film CHALLENGE

Screening Event

AUGUST 22, 2020 6:00PM PST

The Lazaretto Film Challenge was launched during the quarantine to encourage our  members to stay creative. Each filmmaker had to write a script based on their interpretation of the word Lazaretto, which loosely means a building or place set apart for quarantine purposes. The films could be any genre and could be shot on any type of camera or device. All casted actors outside the filmmakers home had to shoot themselves from the safety of their own homes under the guidance of the filmmaker.
